Co-Creating Resonance:
Is resonance just something that happens coincidentally, something that either works or doesn't work? Or can we create resonance intentionally?
We can intentionally co-create Resonance in our lives, our work, our home and in the world at large. But in order for this to occur, we need to open ourselves up to a new way of viewing ourselves and the most fundamental ways we are similar or different.
I've already mentioned that Resonance Dynamics is vastly different to any other personality type system or psychological paradigm out there. Now its time to explain exactly why that is.
Here's the big secret: Nature has given each person their very own sychronisation code.
You heard right.
Call it a time frequency zone, a wavelength, a natural rhythm, a vibration. You get the idea. We are dealing with an internal rhythm which is specific to the individual, and this shapes our deepest mental, emotional and physical state. It is like the basic stone slab on which we carve out our personality.
It is not the final product, but it is actually the foundation template of our personality.
The four types in the Resonance Dynamics system are actually the four individual time frequencies that Nature uses to self-organise itself for the purpose of evolution.
Don't forget that evolution loves diversity. This is why it has given each person has a time code that is unique to them, and why not all humans have the same frequency zone. This answers the most persistent question about why there is harmony and conflict in relationships, between individuals and groups.
Now, I hear you say, that surely we are more diverse than just four types! Surely our time frequency is even more specific than the four types? Aren't we more individual and unique, people can't be boxed up so neatly right?
That is true, and we will go into that a bit later.
But first, lets come back to these four internal time codes. The reason this is important is because it is the key to undertanding the natural laws of synchronisation in human relationships.
Personal Wavelengths = Personal Perceptions
Have you ever heard someone say something like: "We are on the same wavelength!" This usually means, on some level, "we just get each other".
It may be in the context of having shared beliefs or interests, having fascinating or deep discussions. Maybe a profound heart connection. Sometimes its on the level of chemistry between two people; an attraction of bodies, minds or souls.
But, sometimes, in fact more often than not when you think about it, it is something you can't logically explain. It is something you can't quite put your finger on, but its there, and its very powerful. In fact, its fair to say in fact that there may be nothing more powerful than this force of connection between hearts and minds.
That, folks, is the magic of syncronisation.
It occurs when your time frequency locks onto someone elses and generates RESONANCE. This resonance is potentially limitless in power. Its like a feedback loop that can extend infinitely. You have Person (A), Person (B) AND the Resonance (C) you generate.
The thing is, there are surface similarities (and differences) and then there are fundamental similarities and differences between people.
The surface differences are just about anything you can name; beliefs, background, culture, religion, race, nationality, social status, occupation, preferences, interests, sexuality, politics and a thousand other things.
The four types of Resonance Dynamics cut through all these surface differentiators and gets to the most intrinsic part of individual nature, something deep in the subconscious, in the DNA if you will.
This is the synchronisation code.
In this way of looking at things, people of the same or similar "type" might have different characteristics and disagree on certain things. And people of the opposite type might agree on a lot of things.
But if you look deeper and engage your active perception, you will see that on the level of the time frequency, the similar types are cut from the same cloth. Nature follows a synchronisation pattern, an order of harmonic cycles.
You are natural, so you are also connected to the same order.
When types are synchronised, their personalities may have formed differently, which has shaped their perceptions. But underneath their personality and experiences is the same blueprint, a similar synchronisation code.
Therefore, the principle is simple: If you spend time with your resonance group (or resonance partners), that is with people of similar internal time frequencies, you can co-create resonance by relating intentionally for this purpose.
This will have an overall net effect on your health, wellbeing, emotional contentment and the drive to evolve. To succeed and prosper.
For this to work however, you need the magical ingredient - Intention.
Intentional Relationships
You should be starting to be familiar with the basic concept. It consists really of just two points.
-Nature gives us a personal synchronisation code which becomes the basis of our personality and "exotype"
-If we relate intentionally with others of a similar frequency we can co-create resonance and abundance
If you have been following along with the exercises up to this point, you should be starting to see a picture emerging. When you see the people in your life in the context of these four types, something amazing begins to happen.
But for now, lets move on to the next point. This is where it gets really exciting and where the grand vision for Resonance Dynamics takes place.
If I've held your attention up to this point, no doubt some of you intrepid questioners may have been asking something along the lines of: "but what about the other three types?"
If we can only achieve resonance with those of similar types, then doesn't that create a pretty severe limitation to who we can have harmonious relationships with?
Surely Nature wouldn't be so unreasonable?
This is a really important question. Becuase the answer to this question also reveals something crucial to understandiing the philosophy and vision of RD.
When it comes to any self-organising system in nature, anything which grows, evolves or perfects itself, we can see that there is a pattern that it follows.
There is an order.
We can also see that see that small things become a part of bigger things in order co-operate for the good of the whole. In the human body, for instance, cells become part of organs which become part of the whole person. A person becomes part of a family, a community. A community becomes part of a nation, a nation part of the global community. So on and so forth.
This is not a hierarchy. It is the beauty of intelligent organisation. We long to be part of something larger which completes us and evolves our consciousness.
Where does this leave individual human beings like you and me?
The Dream of World Peace
For a long time, there has been a dream that has been shared by pretty much everyone. That is; a world without conflict, violence, way, tension, injustice, discomfort and in general, suffering.
A world unity where there is no separation, only connection and people getting along to achieve wonderful things together, despite our differences.
This approach is great on the surface but it has its pros and cons. You only have to think communism, globalism, new world orders and even some radical forms of socialism or environmentalism to see that there can be a shadow side to these bright 'collective' ideals.
Institutions and governemnts of all political persuasions are often very oppressive and tyrannical when it comes to individual rights.
Yet the desire for unity is still strong, desite our desparate and (usually) well-meaning attempts to create it. We idealize a world where things are harmonious, fair to everyone and our communities are built on mutual trust, respect, communication, co-operation and love.
If humans are like individual cells, then the "organ" they are a part of is the collective mind of humanity. The group mind.
If we could construct this group mind, a lot of us sense intuitively that something incredibly powerful would occur. We would be part of something greater than our individual egos. What might occur is a spontaneous leap of evolution that could result in a more prosperous age for all.
But the road to hell, they say, is paved with good intentions.
Despite all the efforts and goodwill, all the strategies and programs to promote world peace, unity and co-operation, we live in a time of unbridled war, conflict, aggression and injustice. The world stage does not present us with a picture of harmony.
On the local stage the conflict persists too; in the everyday world, at work, at home and dealing with people in general. If we are lucky there are no obvious conflicts. But more often than not, things do not run smoothly.
There are tensions, misunderstandings, power struggles, games, politics, allegiances, conspiracies, social strategies, discomfort, mistrust, paranoia. Sometimes there is betryal and abuse. The conflict may not always be present, but it is there nonetheless.
How do we account for this?
Despite having more than a hundred years of psychotherapy under our belt and well over half a century of self development and personal growth techniques, we seem as stumped as ever when it comes to relationships. We may be able to talk about things and examine things, but still there appears to be something missing. Something very significant that would make sense of it all at long last.
Organised Unity: The Vision of Resonance Dynamics
The grand vision and purpose of Resonance Dynamics is to assist humanity to evolve to the next level.
That means achieving a truly unified human consciousness. An organised unity which follows the design of nature, aligning with nature to co-create the collective mind. This would eliminate the tyrannical "one size fits all" model of unification and align humanity with the intelligence and beauty of nature, time and the cosmic order.
Such a project of unity is not something you can achieve by randomly throwing together every human being in a room and saying "you are all the same!". '
This is disorganised unity. It crushes individuality and is oppressive, even if its well meaning. No matter what banner it is under, unity which does not empower individuals is at best ineffective, but more often than not it is toxic and destructive to human life. It will sometimes justify slaughtering millions to unite people under a common banner.
Here lies the basic difference between organised unity and disorganised unity.
Organised unity makes its first priority the empowerment of individuals within the group. In the solution proposed by the discovery of the RD types, this empowerment comes about through establishing resonance groups - where those of similar frequency can interact to build resonance and strengthen their self-awareness.
By seeing more vividly what group they belong to, they amplify their perception of the fundamental similarities and differences between people.
This level of perception is important. Strong individual units are what build true unity of purpose and intention. Intelligent separation leads to intelligent unity. Ignorant separation leads to a distorted human collective, where war and power are the only means of maintaining structures.
Disorganised unity can then be defined as any attempt to bring forth group cohesion that remains ignorant to our fundamental individual differences - the (natural time frequencies, exotypes and synchronisation codes). This will bring forth only distortions and pseudo-community. It will foster false relating based on mental ideas about our "oneness" that have no real discernment.
Thriving In The New Age
Resonance Dynamics doesn't demand special activities, beliefs or exercises. Only something very simple does it require for it to work - Perception.
If you can perceive the reality of these four types in people, in yourself and in your relationships, you are helping the world to evolve. And including yourself in this picture. Through perception you can align with a universal force and become part of the "team" that Nature designed for you. It is through knowing what team you belong to, and transcending all the surface differences in the process, that you will help humanity achieve a true level of organisation and harmony.
Don't underestimate the power of perception, and your intuitive capacities.
We are moving into a new solar age and every planet in the solar system is changing in some way, not just planet Earth. This is not metaphysical nonsense but actually scientifically valid fact. We are literally moving into a more energised part of the galaxy, which is affecting the flow of electric, magnetic, gravitational and torsional currents.
This heightened activity is causing us to go through massive changes on a personal and collective level.
To survive and thrive, we need to become aware of what is happening and align with the process through moving in a way which is congruent with nature and the changes in our cosmic neighbourhood.
Denial and fear will not help anyone. But either will desperate attempts to create unity through unintelligent means.
Resonance Dynamics is a gift for humanity. A timely gift which a few will recognise immediately for the scope of its power and brilliance.
Best of all, it is up to you where you take it. You can come up with your own special descriptions of the types and specific exercises to create more resonance in your life and group.
You can use it for whatever purpose you choose.
Just make sure you use it!
Wanting to understand who we are as individual humans, what we are as soul, energy, matter, and everything that rests in between - this is a quest for truth and vitality that occurs only from living an authentic and life, staying true to one's character and values.
We are the sum of our actions, thoughts and decisions. By being bold about them, not letting fear rule the show, we consciously write the script of our lives, filling in our own destiny blueprint.
It doesn’t really matter if you lean more towards religion or metaphysics, science and the material logic, the desire is always the same: wanting to know what is real, wanting to know the truth, seeking, questioning what is true and what is not, leaving space for doubt yet leaving space for faith.
The same things apply to relationships - you get to live inside a complex Universe of possibilities.
Personal growth is about BECOMING MORE OF WHO WE SENSE WE COULD BE
Self-awareness has always been one of the most important human experiences, however, this has been subjugated over time in order to make us enslaved by hierarchies, priesthoods and economic realities that have done nothing more than swipe our dignity and self-empowerment.
Our self-awareness has been squandered for the more pressing needs of survival, followed closely in the shadows by ego-driven cravings for social-status and conquest. Today, we as human beings are corrupted in subtle ways by a force of unconsciousness that esteemed ruthless action at all costs. And the price for that? The price we still pay with our consciousness and soul.
So, what happens now?
All things recur in cycles.
That forces us to adapt to a new version of time, an extended layer where self-awareness is popping out to a larger scale of people out there. Stories and patterns which have worked out in the past are now no longer an option, and for the disappointment of many, this forces each one of us on the periphery to adapt to a new reality. Which can also be a great thing, obviously.
There might not be any definitive answer because there are too many variables and too much has happened. Plus, pretty much every mystical or spiritual conclusion is that ultimately "IT" is a mystery. You can get close, but you can never see "IT". This is why some traditions like Zen Buddhism and Taoism often embody laughter and seemingly irrational, nonsensical "koans" as part of their enlightenment regimen.
You are self-realized, basically, when you give up. But if you give up without the seeking, self-realization doesn't occur. That is the paradox, the cosmic joke if you will.
In terms of the seeking, there can be significant milestones in the process of understanding. Often they are unexpected and quite unusual to consider in the beginning. Other times they might appear too simple to be profound. All theories however merit attention to the open-minded explorer, especially to those who believe we have latent powers and potentials that are yet to be realized.
